Whole 30 Day 24

I was unwell today, and so didn't eat really. I had a apple at breakfast time but my body rejected that, I stayed away from everything but peppermint tea until dinner time, when I ate a banana with coconut milk. So far so good. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow - I plan to get back into the whole 30 regime if I can.
