Mango Gratitude

I'm sharing now because I found last night's gratitude conversation quite amusing. We had eaten mango for dessert after dinner. It was a very delicious mango. Our conversation went something like this. We definitely had more than three things each. Arthur started it, and ended it!

A: I'm grateful for the amazing mango
E: I was going to say that! I am grateful for the person who picked the mango
A: I'm grateful for the mango tree that grew the mango
E: I'm grateful for the person that planted the mango tree that grew the mango
A: I'm grateful for the sun for ripening the mango
E: I'm grateful for the rain that the mango needed to grow
A: I'm grateful for the ground that its roots went in
E: I'm grateful for the farmer that looked after the tree
A: I'm grateful for the truck that brought it to the shop
E: I'm grateful for the plants that lived many years ago that made the fuel to go in the truck that delivered the mango
A: I'm grateful for the shop for selling the mango
E: I'm grateful that we had money to buy the mango
A: I'm grateful that we bought two mangoes! [spoken with glee!]
