| Clean chocolate orange hearts |
I adapted this recipe from the chocolate recipe in the Juicy Body Transformation Guide
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
a few drops of doTerra Wild Orange essential oil
Method
Melt the oil, add the other ingredients and whisk together
Pour the mixture into a silicon ice cube tray and place in the freezer to set
Take them out of the mould when frozen solid
Store in the freezer of the fridge depending on how firm you like them
