Whole 30 Day 7

Day 7 of my whole 30 was a super busy day and the weather was amazing. Though I did deviate from the three meals I did stick to whole30 foods.

I started the day with a left over turkey burger and then went swimming. I felt so good in the pool. When I got back I made myself a breakfast just like yesterday's. Sweet potato hash, bacon and an egg.

Then we had friends over for a play date, during which time we snacked on some watermelon. Next then I met with a client that I do VA work for, and then, all of a sudden it was 4.30pm! Time to think about dinner.

So I skipped lunch today. I guess having an extra protein snack before swimming and some fruit mid morning kind of makes that add up to the equivalent of 3 meals?

Chicken breast and salad
The good things are;
  • I exercised
  • I drank in excess of 3L water
  • I didn't eat anything I shouldn't
  • I feel good

  2. I am so much happier than I was a week ago - you wouldn't believe! The sun has helped too though! I have to credit a friend with the salad, but yes it was yummy!
