Damn those grapes! My weight this evening was up even more at 81.7. Worse still I just looked down at my belly and noticed it was rather bulgy - a 5cm increase on my waist too! grrr!!
ReplyDeleteNot disagreeing with you, but before you added the grapes, looking back at your weights, there were lots and lots of days when your weight went up more than that from morning to night. So I'm confused why this weight "gain" is significant but the 0.6 kg gain on day 4, for example, is not significant.
ReplyDeleteI know! I will have to retest at some point. It is expected to go up during the day because you eat, but it is also expected to go down overnight, which didn't happen. Prior to noticing how bloated my belly was I wasn't convinced either. I was also craving 'bad' food all day which hasn't happened before so I definitely felt different as well. But, all of that could be related to other stuff to, that's why I will have to retest. I need to leave at least 5 days before I test again if I am going to do that. I might leave it longer though, just because it is frustrating having to stop, and horrid to gain weigh 5cm on your waist overnight!
