Whole 30 Day 1

In brief as its late

Whole 30 - Day 1 Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, avocado,
watercress and spinach

Whole 30 - Day 1 Lunch
Chicken, pan fried with coconut oil and orange juice, served
with roasted green beans and cauliflower

Whole 30 - Day 1 Dinner
Pork stuffed butternut squash, with onion, garlic, sage,
mushrooms and tomatoes, served with green beans

I also ate 2 bananas, one with some coconut milk, because I was hungry.

I also drank 2.25L water (in addition to 2 cups of coffee, 1 glass vital greens, 1 cup of detox tea).

I also managed 20 mins on the Wii, and then my folks arrived so I stopped.
