Whole 30 Day 18

I had a bit of an odd day.

Breakfast was turkey mince and courgette pasta, just like yesterday, and lunch was an egg salad pack up, which I forgot to photograph. Then while we were out there was chicken, nothing else was suitable, so I just ate chicken, then I cooked to stir fry veg to when I got home. No rules broken in terms of what I actually ate, but  I am guessing there perhaps shouldn't be a 3 hour gap between the meat and the veg!

If it wasn't for the fact that i am taking photos and posting them here, I wouldn't have bothered with the veg at all. And stir fries need Tamari or soy sauce. I did add sesame oil, chilli and lime juice, but it still had that missing ingredient feel to it,
