Whole 30 Day 9

I have had a massively productive day. I am feeling really great on this diet.

It's late so I am not writing a long post, but quickly here's what I ate today.

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with a little ghee,
with roasted tomatoes and kale

Lunch: Salmon cooked in avocado oil, garlic pepper and lime
 with a salad of spinach, watercress rocket, carrot, beetroot, avocado,
spring onion and tomatoes and an olive oil and balsamic dressing

Dinner: Chicken cooked in coconut oil with orange and ginger
 served with stir fried capsicum peppers and courgette,
cooked in avocado oil with garlic, chilli and ginger
